How does the 90-Day Comfort Guarantee work?
Try out our mattress for 90 days. If it's not for you, we'll refund your purchase and come pick up the mattress at a time that's convenient for you. We just ask that you give it at least 30 nights before making a decision. Easy and simple right?
How does your exchange process work?
After your 30-night minimum is over and if you would still like to exchange your mattress for another model, just let us know and we contact you to arrange and exchange. Your new mattress will always be shipped prior to picking up your old one so you are not without a bed. You will get 45 nights to try out your new mattress, there are no refunds or exchanges after your one-time exchange is processed.
What is not covered by the 90-Day Comfort Guaranetee?
Accessories like frames, sheets and mattress protectors are not covered by our 90 night sleep guarantee. Additionally promotional items and platforms and bases are not covered however all products come with their manufacturer warranties.
What should I expect during the delivery process?
We are excited to provide you with FREE delivery as part of your Cozy Time Matrress purchase! After you puchase your product(s) online your order is processed within 1 business day and your items usually arrive within 7-10 business days right to your doorstep. Delivery does NOT include setup or removal of any existing mattress. Delivery is only available in the contiguous United States (not Alaska or Hawaii).
How do I request a refund?
If you have tried your bed for at least 30 nights and would like to request a full refund prior to your 90-night trial period, please fill out the form on our Returns Page. and somebody will contact you within 3 business days.
